Guiding You Through Change

Compassionate Coaching for Life’s Transitions

Sue Taylor Coaching offers compassionate, whole-person coaching for adults navigating life transitions—including grief and loss, health challenges, changes in weight or body trust, and the emotional complexity of midlife and beyond.

Sue brings over 15 years of professional experience as a holistic health coach, life coach, and educator, including three years on the Behavioral Health team at Structure House in Durham, NC. Her work integrates emotional support, mind-body awareness, and practical tools for resilience and sustainable change.

This is a space for people who don’t want to be rushed, fixed, or judged—but who do want support, clarity, and steadiness as they move forward.
