Meet Sue Taylor

I am a holistic health coach, life coach, and educator who works with adults navigating grief, loss, life transitions, health challenges, and long-standing struggles with weight and body trust.

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and whole-person—supporting emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and sustainable behavior change without shame, pressure, or quick fixes.

I work especially well with thoughtful, capable adults who have managed a great deal in their lives but feel worn down, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain how to move forward during a season of change.

A Bit of My Story

Like many people I work with, my life has included profound loss, transition, and reinvention. I have experienced the deaths of loved ones, including my first husband and an infant child, navigated serious illness within my family, created a blended family through remarriage, and lived through many moves, losses, and career changes.

I also understand firsthand the complexities of body image and disordered eating, and how deeply personal history can shape our relationship with food and self-care.

These experiences are not the focus of my work—but they inform it. They allow me to meet others with humility, empathy, and respect for the courage it takes to keep going.

What I carry forward most is gratitude for contrast: the ability to hold sorrow and joy side by side, and to value the ordinary moments that make up a meaningful life.

A Grounded, Human Approach

I believe that personal history lives in the body and shapes behavior, health, and self-care. With compassionate support and thoughtful guidance, it is possible to heal, grow, and re-establish trust in oneself—whether the doorway is grief, health, food, or a major life transition.

This work is never just about weight, circumstances, or productivity. It is about learning how to care for yourself with honesty, steadiness, and self-respect.
